What about making the most of your holidays without thinking about the chores of shopping and preparing meals? Breakfast, lunch and dinner are made every day by our chef restaurateur. Complete and copious meals for all the family.

Weekend bookings

• By mail : advise us of your holiday dates, the number of people as well as preferred type of accommodation. The latter will be attributed subject to availability. Enclose a deposit of 30% of the total cost + 14 E booking fee. Confirmation will follow upon receipt and the balance must be settled 15 days prior to arrival.

• all last minute bookings (less than 20 days prior to arrival) : payment in full must be made by card only. A reservation number will then be given to you. With this number you will be able to access the campsite by going to reception on arrival. Receipts are not sent out for last minute bookings.

WEEK-ENDS :

arrivals before 18.00 hrs (night access is not allowed as a mark of respect to other holiday makers).

CANCELLATIONS :

if notified 15 days prior to arrival at the latest, the sum of 25 E will be kept as a cancellation fee and the balance will be refunded by cheque within 10 days.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES :

reception is open from 09.00 hrs to 12.00 hrs and from 14.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs. Latest departure time is 17.00 hrs. Night access is not allowed as a mark of respect to other holiday makers. • The following rates : are available whatever the rental.

SERVICES included :

water, gas and electricity. ACCESS IS CONTROLLED BY THE WEARING OF AN UNBREAKABLE BAND (COMPULSORY) : an unbreakable band worn throughout the holiday – obtained against a security deposit on arrival and refunded on departure. (see dates and conditions) Supplementary person aged 1 to 99 years : 9,95 € /day (over 6 people). Supplements : dog : 6,50 € / day (cat, rabbits and dogs falling in categories 1 and 2 are strictly prohibited). A copy of an up-to-date health certificate must be handed over to reception. Municipal taxes will apply between 01th June and 30th September 2010. Sheet hire is to be made on booking. One price only : 12,50 € per week for a small bed and 17 €/week for a large bed. Security deposit : 300 € required for rentals. Maintenance : upkeep and inventory are checked prior to arrival. In the event of a problem, do not touch anything, notify reception immediately and management will come and investigate. When you are preparing to depart, make an appointment with us to come and inspect. You are responsible for the cleaning. If no cleaning is done or it is of an inadequate standard, you will be billed according to an approximation of the time necessary to complete the job. Any damages will also be billed to you. The security deposit will be returned to you after any outstanding costs have been paid. If your departure time is outside maintenance staff hours, the deposit will be sent by post (identical clauses apply).
