CAMPING GROUNDS

Prices include VAT at 7 % (rate applicable since january 1st. 2012).

Our camping grounds for tent or caravan have a surface area of 80 to 100m2 (maximum 6 persons) It is possible to park a car in them. Our grounds are shady or sunny, AVAILABLE FROM 12 P.M. AND TO BE LEFT BY 12 P.M.

GROUNDS WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM Ground with private individual bathrooms. Shower, washbasin, hot and cold water and separate toilet are built on your ground and are for the exclusive use of your family. Also available you will find a sink, a fridge top and electricity. A deposit (for the housekeeping and equipment) of 300 euros will be requested at your arrival and given back to you on departure after checking.

ARRIVAL:

Arrivals take place from 12 pm. and departures before 12 p.m. Arrival at night is forbidden out of respect for other holiday-makers. Access to the campsite is regulated by the compulsory wearing of an impregnable wristband for the duration of your stay. This wristband will be given to you on your arrival and should be returned before your departure.

TERMS OF BOOKING

Send the form back to us, signed and accompanied by a down payment of 30% of the total amount of your stay + 30,50 euros in booking charges. Confirmation will be sent to you. The balance is to be paid in full on the day of your arrival. You can also book your ground online now.

No refund will be granted for any stay cut short by the tenant.

CANCELLATION:

In writing: If cancellation takes place 30 days before arrival, 50% of the down payment made is reimbursed; between 30 days and your arrival the sum paid will remain ours.

NON OCCUPANCY

In case of delay, the booked ground is kept for 24 hours. Once this time limit has passed, the booking is cancelled; the ground is then allocated to another guest from 12 p.m. the next day. The whole of the sum remains ours.

RATE FOR PASSAGE:

Without booking or down payment, the flat rate for 2 persons is increased by 3.55 euros a day.

MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX:

(From 1 June to 30 September 2012) as an extra charge at the rate current in the district council of Les Mathes.
