RULES
To ensure that you and other guests have a pleasant stay, we invite you to read the rules and security information of the camping, swimming pools (outdoor and indoor) and waterslides as well as the following information.
Prices for our rentals are based on 4 to 6 people depending on the type of accommodation.
Additional persons aged from 1 to 99 years of age (less than 1 year olds : free) will be
charged at 10,15 E per day.
Tourist tax is supplementary and set by the Commune
(June to September).
FOR ALL BOOKINGS :
Complete and sign the form with a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost of your holiday + 30,50 E booking fee. Upon receipt, the confirmation, a booking number and inventory will all be sent to you. The balance must be settled 30 days prior to your arrival at the latest. Any non-payments or delays in payment will be treated like a cancellation. Personal Liability Insurance obligatory. No refunds will be made for any holidays (emplacement or rental) cut short by the client.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE :
Insurance is payable as a supplement to every rental : 25 E per week. It guarantees the insured a refund of the total holiday cost if the cancellation is made between the booking date and 20 days prior to the arrival date at the camping site. Between the 20th day and the arrival date, only 50% of the holiday cost will be refunded. A reason for the termination will be required for consideration of your case (sickness or serious accident, death, loss of employment…)
CANCELLATION WITHOUT INSURANCE :
Any booking cancellation must be notified as soon as possible IN WRITING (telephone messages are not acceptable). Whatever the reason for cancellation, if it is made anytime from the booking and 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit and booking fee will not be refunded. Between 30 days and your arrival date, the total cost of the rental will not be refunded.
NO SHOW :
In cases of delay, the reservation will be held for 24 hours. After this period, the booking remains billable, including the day of the delay. A security deposit of 300 E will be required. This sum will cover : rental, maintenance, campsite rules and damages. Maintenance : upkeep and inventory are inspected prior to arrival. If a problem exists, do not touch anything and notify reception immediately and management staff will verify. When preparing to depart, arrange a time with us for inspection. Cleaning is your responsibility. Lack of cleaning or inadequate cleaning will be billed according to an approximation of the time required to complete the job. Damages will also be incur charges. The security deposit will be returned when any relevant costs have been settled. For departures outside working hours for maintenance staff, the security will be refunded by mail (identical clauses apply). Arrivals take place on Saturdays between 15.00 hrs and 20.00 hrs and departures from 08.00 hrs to 10.00 hrs during high season. During low season, arrivals are from 15.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs and departures from 9.hrs to 10.00 hrs.
SERVICES :
Water, gas and electricity are included. Free use of swimming pools, entertainment and toboggans (see dates and conditions) : ACCESS IS CONTROLLED BY THE WEARING OF AN UNBREAKABLE BAND AND COMPULSORY DURING THE WHOLE OF YOUR STAY – obtained against a security deposit on arrival and refunded on departure. Rules and times are displayed at water parks.
Supplements : Visitors : entrance fee 7,10 € / day / person ( - 3 years old for free) without accomodation and without access to aquatic facilities (access to water park : see current rates). • Animals : dogs : 7,10 E /day. A copy of an up-to-date health certificate is compulsory. Dogs in categories 1 and 2 are strictly forbidden as well as cats and rabbits. NOTE : SHEETS AND PILLOWS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN MOBILE HOMES. Sheet hire to be advised at the time of booking. One price only of 12,70 E / sweek for a small bed and 17,20 E / week for a large bed.
RECEPTION :
open from 09.00 hrs and from 14.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs off peak and from 09.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs high season. You will be required to provide the following on arrival : an identity card, passport or camping card, minors not accompanied by their parents will only be admitted with a written authorization from the latter. – Payment of the balance of your reserved holiday emplacement – Security deposit required for all chalet or mobile home hire (300 e) – Animals : a copy of a health certificate updating will be required. – Swimming pool wristbands : against a deposit of 10 e payable on your arrival. In case of loss, damage or lending to a visitor outside of the campsite, 10 e will be charged per item and a bill will be made out in your name. For hire and payable at reception : tennis court, fitness room and safe rental… – Laundromat tokens : washing machines or tumble dryers – Postage of letters – Sending and receiving faxes are payable by the page – Traveller cheques accepted.
INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT RECEPTION :
leaflets, places to visit... - Medical info, church services, security, lost property, loan of extension leads (against deposit) – Receipt of mail : sorted in alphabetical order and available for collection during opening hours – Telephone messages : we do not call guests. We note down and date messages. They are displayed at the entrance of the campsite. In this way you can pick them up at any moment. In case of urgency, we will come to your camping ground. SHOPS : open from May to September – It is forbidden to bring your own food/drink into the bar and restaurant areas (similarly in water zones). DRIVING : speed, limited to 10 km per hour, is forbidden in the campsite from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The automatic gates are shut from 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. in July and August. Parking is not allowed in neighbouring camping grounds, even if they are empty. Parking available for 1 vehicle per camping ground or rental because of safety and evacuation reasons. Visiting cars must stay in the external car park.
SECURITY :
campsite under video surveillance assent no. 04/3267-DIR 1/B1. Swimming pools and water toboggans have their own regulations and opening hours displayed at each entrance (underpants not allowed). For safety reasons, the toboggans can only accommodate persons who have all their powers of moving and are mentally capable of controlling their slides. Access is not advised for persons suffering from back problems Access to the water amenities for campers is regulated by the wearing of a compulsory impregnable wristband given to you on arrival against a deposit and to be returned on departure, for the whole length of the stay. Keep-fit : the keep-fit room is your responsibility and is not supervised; access to it is reserved for persons who are physically capable of using it (read the notice inside). Washing cars is not allowed at water points. Do not waste water, do not water the paths, water games are forbidden. Barbecues are forbidden on your camping ground. Use the group barbecues (bring your cooking grate). Gas barbecue sets are allowed. Electric or coal fire barbecue sets are strictly forbidden. Supervise and accompany your children including in the bathrooms. Access to swimming pools, toboggans and adventure playgrounds are forbidden to children (-12 years) not accompanied by an adult. Violent or noisy games, or games that are a nuisance, are forbidden.
FIRE PREVENTION :
an information sheet displayed at the campsite entrance and in the washroom/toilets outlines safety instructions, mapping/position of extinguishers, water points and safety exits. Notify reception immediately in the event of fire. Use the water points, hose pipes, water sources and extinguishers to attack the flames from below. Instructions for regrouping and evacuation on foot may be given by management (prefectoral rule).

MAINTENANCE OF CAMPSITES :
situated in a natural setting, La Pinède respects the environment in which it is located. We therefore request that you show your surroundings the appropriate consideration. • Please respect trees and flowers as they provide site quality. Picking flowers is forbidden. • Digging holes in the ground is also forbidden. Any damage and rectification of same will be billed to you. • Drying of clothes is to take place on a discreetly placed washing line. ABSOLUTELY NO WASHING LINES TO BE HUNG BETWEEN TREES or bedding stakes or fencing. • Household rubbish : rubbish must be placed in rubbish bags and taken to bins located outside the camping site. Glass is to be placed in special bins. • It is forbidden to hose down stone paving or tarred paths; water points are purely for outbreaks of fire. • Please do not allow children to dig holes in the sand or make sand castles on emplacements. Play areas are provided for this. • Silence rule : 22.00 hrs to 07.00 hrs. • Mobile home emplacement recommendation – enjoy the art of observing the world around you as it will enhance your holiday experience. Please respect the peace and tranquillity of nature and also that of your neighbours.
VISITORS :
must make themselves known to reception and produce ID. Visiting cars must stay in the external car park. Visitors do not have access to the campsite’s free services : swimming pools, toboggans, activities. Entrance fee (without accomodation) : 7,10 € / day / person ( - 3 years old for free). In cases where wrist bands are exchanged with the host family, subsequent entrance fees will be charged to the latter.
ANIMALS :
dogs on a lead are to be walked to do their business outside the campsite. • On arrival, a photocopy of the health certificate (updating) must be handed over to campsite reception. • Dogs are not to be left on their own locked up in cars, caravans or rental premises. On rental premises : dogs are permitted, except those classed as dangerous (in categories 1 and 2) as these are barred from the campsite and in mobile homes or chalets. Cats, rabbits and other animals are not allowed on the campsite. • Animals are barred entry to swimming pool and water park areas.
DAMAGES :
camping site equipment and installations must be utilised according to their original function. All damages to premises, loss or destruction of company property on your plot or to communal access ways is the responsibility of the person causing the damage. The rental client is personally responsible for all damages, losses, and deterioration caused by him/herself, accompanying holidaymakers and his/her visitors, not only to his/her rental but to any campsite installations.
CAMPSITE REGULATIONS / DISTURBANCES AND NUISANCES :
residents of the campsite are obliged to conform to the internal regulations, notably as far as quietness at night is concerned. If a resident should disrupt the stay of other users or should not respect the arrangements of the present internal regulations, the administrator or his representative can orally or in writing if he judges it necessary, instruct the latter to stop the disturbances. In the case of serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after instruction by the administrator to conform to them, the latter can terminate the contract. In the case of criminal offence, the administrator can call on the police.
RESPONSIBILITY :
the management is responsible for objects deposited in the office and has a general obligation to supervise the campsite. The camper retains responsibility for his own living arrangements and must report to the person in charge the presence of any suspicious person. Although guarding is assured, the users of the campsite are asked to take the usual precautions for the safeguard of their equipment. The campsite is not legally responsible for failure of technical equipment or closure of camping facilities. Repairs in accordance with current rules/regulations fall within the remit of registered professionals or specialised businesses ; the campsite has no control over their schedules. Personal Liability Insurance obligatory.
COMPLAINTS :
all relevant complaints during the course of the holiday must first be put in writing and brought to the attention of the management whilst in situ so that an immediate solution to the problem can be found. If not, the holiday will be formally deemed to have run its course satisfactorily.
